Gymnastics
Strength, balance and big confidence — from first steps to competitive team.
Progressive classes for toddlers with a parent, preschoolers, school-age kids and teens. Pioneering kids’ gymnastics in Fort Collins since 1976.

- Ages
- Walking to 18
- Class length
- 45 min – 2 hrs
Gymnastics builds the foundations every sport needs: strength, flexibility, balance, spatial awareness and confidence. Our progressive curriculum meets children where they are, from busy toddlers exploring with mom or dad to teens refining skills.
The viewing area is open at all times, so you can see and hear everything in your child’s class.
Placement
Use your child’s age as a starting point when registering. Our coaches may recommend moving your gymnast up or down a level based on ability, experience and readiness, so every child is challenged while still building confidence.
What to wear
Hair tied back. Leotards or fitted workout wear — no jeans, baggy clothes, jewelry or socks. Bare feet are best!
